World Noni Research Foundation (WNRF) an associate of
Health India Laboratories, Chennai is devoted in bringing into
focus the wellness characteristics of Morinda citrifolia L. The
present national symposium is a continuation of Noni Search 2007
organised by WNRF for highlighting the current research activities
and break throughs in Noni Agricultural, Clinical and
Pharmacological Research. The WNRF is guided by a Research
Advisory Board consisting of senior Vice-Chancellors and eminent
scientists in the areas of Agriculture, Horticulture, Medicine and
Food Processing.
WNRF publishes two Journals namely International Journal of Noni
Research. and Noni Clinical Research Journal
The Proceedings of Noni Search brought out every year carry
validated research findings on various aspects of Noni as reported
by eminent research scientists and doctors.
The WNRF invites whole heartedly the scientists / researchers /
doctors and all concerned in wellness industry to attend the Third
National Symposium on Noni for Nutrition and Health at New Delhi.
Noni Search 2008 focuses on Nutrition and Health. There is a great
concern on the visible rise in diabetics, neuro mascular
disorders, HIV incidence and vector-mediated viral diseases like
chicken guinya and bird-flu. Obesity also is on the rise with the
change in lifestyle and food habits.
Noni fruit juice and its value added bi-products are possible
protective wellness materials against the debilitating disorders.
