20 years since it was established, Huayu has trained numbers of high-quality, fine-technique production core staff. Meanwhile, Huayu has gained a set of advanced equipment operation skills. Those are the key factors for Huayu to ensure our products’ fabrication quality. Huayu has been well-received by SQM and building owners in many projects, which have been rewarded as high quality projects. Currently we have a high quality staff team with skilled technique and high quality sense. Except from the above, Huayu absorbs different levels of senior technique talents including 15 1st&2nd Constructors Qualification technicians, 2 1st grade registered structure engineers, 6 senior engineers (2 professional experts among them) etc. For many years completion of numerous projects, our workers have accumulated rich fabrication experiences and have been familiar with steel structure fabrication drawings and national acceptance specifications. They have been performing leading roles during fabrication. Recently Huayu has recruited some new workers who have certain steel structure fabrication background. With technique training and old workers’ imparting, help and guide, their technique have greatly improved and they will be able to become Huayu’s main force.Under the guidance of Huayu’s management principle “Quality First, Service First, Credit First”, all levels of managers are willing to lead all staff to create high quality competitive projects with Huayu’s perfect scientific management, strong technique and advanced equipment.
